We are partnering with a premier law firm for an exciting opportunity within their People Team. This role is a call for proactive leaders with experience in legal and professional services firms.

 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lateral Partner Integration Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete onboarding and integration lifecycle for new lateral partners, ensuring a seamless transition, and enhancing their experience within the firm.

 

Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, you'll be working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. Someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with superb project management skills, would be a great fit for this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and manage integration programs and onboarding plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and manage integration processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for new laterals and address integration issues.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development on relevant tasks.
  • Continuously improve integration strategies and materials.

 

We’d love to hear from you if you have :

 

  • Minimum of five years of experience in partner or associate recruitment, integration, or talent management, preferably within a law firm or similar partnership structure.
  • Proven expertise in project management with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues diplomatically.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the capability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage urgent matters, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and other talent management software.

 

 Compensation:  $130-150k base
