Elliott Scott is excited to partner with a leading global financial services firm to recruit an experienced AVP-level HR Business Partner. This is a newly created opportunity to work closely with the Heads of HR, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and supporting key business functions. If you have a strong background in HR business partnering, with a focus on front- and middle-office staff, and are skilled at advising stakeholders, we want to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for succession planning, develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and nurture high-potential employees for key leadership roles, ensuring business continuity and long-term success.
  • Work closely on projects around performance management, guiding managers in setting clear goals, expectations, conducting evaluations and providing ongoing feedback and coaching. 
  • Facilitate leadership and employee development programs’ that enhance individual and teams’ capabilities. 

Skills Required: 

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment (preferably in global financial services).
  • Degree-level education or equivalent, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
