Senior HRBP – 6 months contract (leading US buyside) – up to $HK 130,000 p/m

Duties & responsibilities:

• Provide support and strategic advice across all employee lifecycle stages from onboarding to termination, including and not limited to performance evaluation, compensation review, promotion consideration, and talent review for specific outcomes such as succession planning. 
• Work directly with the regional leadership teams to help shape their overall people agenda and workforce strategy as well as attend and present at regular Management meetings. 
• Partnering with the campus and experienced hiring teams 
• Share best practices and support Business Leaders and Managers in adopting new practices and initiatives
• Partnering with Employee Relations on cases, performance management & conduct risk issues to provide coaching, counselling and conflict resolution, advising on decision making and keeping business stakeholders as well as global counterparts informed. 
• Create and maintain consistent policies used within HR, communicate changes and ensure policies are consistently applied by organization 

Background

• At least 10 years HRBP experience – preference will be given to candidates coming from US financial services firms
• Native level English
• Must have valid HKID & be able to start Jan 2025
