TA Specialist - LA

We are partnering with a globally renowned professional services firm to find a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their Los Angeles office.

In this role, you will:

• Be a part of exceptional business services team while managing the entire recruitment cycle.
• Identify and attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.
• Collaborate with department managers to enhance hiring strategies and foster diversity and inclusion.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, streamlining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to take initiative, learn, and excel.
• Passion for connecting the right talent to the right opportunities.

Compensation: $100k to $115k/year base + Bonus + Benefits
