Announcement: Elliott Scott HR, Australia and Tandem Partners

I’m really pleased to announce a new Elliott Scott HR partnership that not only increases the scope of the work we do but allows us to further expand on the global footprint that we have built up over the last 7 and half years.

With that, I am excited to confirm that from the 18th March 2019 Elliott Scott HR and Tandem Partners will join together in a key global partnership. Tandem will become our Australian experts, while Elliott Scott HR will continue to focus across Asia, Europe and the Americas. The two companies will remain separate entities but with a more focused, common goal to serve the HR community in our respective geographies.

Tandem currently employ 17 people split across Sydney and Melbourne and was also set up in 2011 to focus on the HR recruitment market in Australia. Their organisational values are consistent with those of Elliott Scott HR and we believe that our global clients and candidates will benefit from a relationship that extends our reach even further.
