Introducing Lucy Bielby: Global Recruitment Director

We are pleased to announce that Lucy Bielby has joined the Elliott Scott Group as Global Recruitment Director.

I first met Lucy when we both started our recruitment journey at Michael Page, and have followed her career since then. Lucy will focus on the support of our key client and candidate relationships across the globe and internal training of our teams to enable them to best serve our HR community. With over 15 years of recruitment experience within FTSE 250, PE backed and privately owned recruitment businesses, Lucy has specialised in the delivery of Executive Search and Senior Interim requisitions in HR since 2008. Starting her recruitment career at Michael Page in 2006, Lucy has had the opportunity to partner with a broad range of industry sectors and work on positions spanning the full HR lifecycle from entry to c suite level.

Lucy comments: “As my experience has developed, I’ve found that I best operate in environments where I can be close to the actual business and have a broader role. Having known Stuart for many years now, it was important for me to find an environment where I would not only have a strong group of peers to work alongside, but also a group of individuals who I could continue to learn from. I believe like many others who have changed positions during ‘The Great Resignation’, for me, it has become even more important to continue to be challenged in order to remain energised and engaged. The opportunity as Global Recruitment Director at Elliott Scott HR, not only gives me the opportunity to utilise the skills that I have developed over my 15 plus years in HR Recruitment. But it is also giving me the opportunity to build upon these and develop new skills which will in turn help myself and the team provide a memorable recruitment experience to our candidates and clients alike.”
