HR Delve: Make your Mark, an Executive Presence Workshop - In Conversation with Susan Room

We are delighted to share our next in-person HR Delve session with Susan Room.  Susan is a former C-suite leader who after years in the boardroom realised that no matter how smart you are, success depends on being a confident, influential, and authentic communicator. 

Over the last few years, we have seen the evolution of the qualities that make a successful leader and Susan’s mission is to help individuals and organisations speak openly, authentically, and inclusively, improving personal happiness and well-being as well as organisational culture and performance.  As an HR leader it is important to take some time for your own personal development and to lead with confidence and resilience.  We can expect a highly interactive session which will offer practical tools, techniques and resources to implement straightaway as well as insights and research drawn from the fields of anatomy, phonetics, social psychology, evolutionary biology and learning theory and ultimately help you as an HR leader improve psychological safety in the workplace.
