This is our second event dedicated buy-side networking group for Senior HR leaders.

As part of our HR Leadership series in partnership with Arcadia Consulting, this session will focus on generational leadership and through having a better understanding of generational differences we can lead a more inclusive and better managed workplace, as well as improving talent retention and recruitment.

Facilitators: The second session will be run with Freya Owen, Senior Research Consultant at Arcadia and Tom Forrest,Senior Consultant at Arcadia.

Freya leads on Arcadia's Research Strategy and prior to this worked as an Economist and Senior Policy Adviser in HM Treasury, focusing on the behavioural aspects of policy making. She holds an MSc in Psychological Sciences from UCL and a BSc in Economics from Exeter. Freya is passionate about improving workplace culture through a better understanding of the human mind, human connection and behavioural change.
